“Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” Season 2’s newest cast member Willie Taylor is not only known for his music but for his looks as well. Thus, it is not surprising why many girl fans were thrilled to know that the former Day26 member is now on VH1’s reality series. Sadly for ladies out there who are dreaming of dating Taylor, he is already taken and is very much not available since he is already married. So who is the lucky lady?
Willie Taylor's wife is Niyana Taylor who is now known as Shanda Denyce. She is also part of the "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" cast. Willie and Shanda tied the knot in 2007, but they have been together since they were teenagers.
At the young age of 16, she met her soon-to-be husband who at the time worked with her R&B girl group called X'clusive, as per VH1. However, Mrs. Niyana had to put her starting career on hold at the time after she and Willie were blessed with kids, Kavion, who is now 10, and Layla-Marie, who is now 5.
Throughout the trying times in their family life, Willie Taylor's wife tried to help them financially by being an exotic dancer before she did a second attempt to building a career by joining another group alongside Apryl Jones. Sadly, her second group did not work out as well.
Despite all the trials, Shanda is still determined to make it big in the entertainment industry. She has her own YouTube channel, Niyana Music, where she used to update with music from her and her husband. Check out the couple's collaborations below (warning content may be explicit).
Willie Taylor's wife also loves to make covers of her favorite songs. She has covered Tamia's "Missing You," Alliyah's "At Your Best" and Beyonce's "Speechless" and "I Miss You."
The "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star is also a big fan of Janet Jackson. In July, she even posted a snap of the late Michael Jackson's sister on Twitter and referred to the veteran artist as her queen.
In the upcoming episode of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood," Willie and Shanda will face another issue when the latter reveals to the former that she has no plans of being an exotic dancer again. And her husband thinks so, too.
Catch more of Willie Taylor and Shanda Denyce when this week's "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" Season 2 episode airs this Monday night on VH1.
