Kristen Stewart Luckier Than Robert Pattinson? Actress Julianne Moore Chooses Ex-‘Twilight’ Star Over Engaged Ex As Hypothetical Kidney Recipient

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are currently making headlines again. But this time, it isn't about their past relationship or their painful breakup. Instead, the former "Twilight Saga" lovers became the talk-of-the-town after actress Julianne Moore chose sides between them.

During the Sunday episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Julianne Moore was put on the spot by host Andy Cohen, where he made the 54-year-old "The Freeheld" actress to take sides between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. According to Us Weekly, Cohen jokingly asked Moore a hypothetical question of being a kidney donor and Stewart and Pattinson were the possible recipients.

"Who would you give your second kidney to if they needed it?" Cohen asked Moore, listing her "Still Alice" costar Kristen Stewart, 25, and "Map to the Stars" co-actor Robert Pattinson, 29, as the possible choices of recipients.

"I'm gonna go with Kristen," Moore replied with a laugh, as per Vanity Fair. "I knew her, she was in a movie ["Catch That Kid"] with my husband when she was 12, 12-and-a-half years old. And Bart [Freundlich] would come home from work and say, 'This girl is amazing, she's a star, she's such a great actor, I can't believe it.'"

Julianne Moore's response was quite unsurprising since she has gushed about Kristen Stewart on several occasions. However, it's unclear if the hypothetical kidney inquiry would fall under the "faux journalism" umbrella that Robert Pattinson's ex recently criticized, Design & Trend noted.

"When people find me to be, you know, maybe too preoccupied with my privacy, I'm not at all," Stewart told BuzzFeed (through Gossip Cop). "In fact, I just have a pretty good gage of when somebody's asking an honest question, or an honest question without intention. So honesty with just ugly motives, I'm totally opposed to that."

"I'm not private," she added. "I just really want to be true to myself. I have this aversion to faux journalism. It's some bulls-t. Like people are like, 'Oh, I want to ask you a really dishonest question, and then judge you for being a liar.' It's like, 'Well, yeah. You asked me a dishonest question, therefore I'm going to avoid you.'"

Moreover, Kristen Stewart's ex Robert Pattinson also spoke about privacy or lack thereof, as previously reported.

"What is terrible is that I became famous when the world changed," Pattinson told Elle France. "In 2008, everybody had a cell phone, it was the explosion of social media. As a result, the freedom to protect [privacy] has become ultra thin. Not only were all these paparazzi camping outside my house but [there was] this new horde of fans who relayed information on social media. It became unmanageable."

Meanwhile, it seems that Kristen Stewart is luckier than Robert Pattinson as Julianne Moore chose to save her instead of her ex.
