Kate Middleton's mom, Carole, is currently making headlines with reports of her associated with a drinking problem or being an alcoholic after several photos taken during the 2015 Rugby World Cup showed her drinking an alcoholic drink. Though it seemed that the pictures were blown out of proportions, Celeb Dirty Laundry claimed Queen Elizabeth was "disgusted" with Carole's coarse display, which further fueled her disdain for the 33-year-old Duchess and her commoner family.
During the Saturday match at the Twickenham Stadium in London, Kate Middleton and Prince William were noticeably absent but Prince Harry and the Middletons, which included Kate's parents Carole and Michael and her brother, James. They were animatedly watching while Michael was seemed uninterested.
During England's agonizing rugby defeat, Carole Middleton seemingly needed something to calm her nerves. So, the 60-year-old drunk a mini bottle of wine as she cheered on the home team against Australia, Daily Mail noted. Unfortunately, this type of behavior is despised by Queen Elizabeth and also the main reason why the Middletons are kept as far away as possible from Prince William's children.
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton and Prince William are not heading for divorce despite incessant reports. In fact, the royal couple has a busy schedule attending several public engagements together, which included a conference for World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10 at Harrow College and a state dinner at the Buckingham Palace, Inquisitr reported.
"We are delighted that the Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge will be joining Mind to celebrate this year's World Mental Health Day," MIND CEO Paul Farmer confirmed last week, as per International Business Times.
