The power struggle between Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles has seemingly intensified and the rumors are getting ugly. Now, royal watchers claimed that the 68-year-old Duchess of Cornwall allegedly has a powerful secret lover who will help her out-maneuver the Duchess of Cambridge to be the next Queen.
While Kate Middleton has her reported social-climbing mother, Carole, who's planning a royal revolution, Camilla Parker-Bowles allegedly has a new and powerful secret lover who holds a major influence within the monarchy. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the Duchess of Cornwall's other man is an influential senior member of the government who's completely supportive of her becoming the next Queen of England.
"This man, a multimillionaire on first-name terms with many royals, approached BOTH Charles and his crusty old father, Prince Philip, and laid out the reasons the traditional line of succession must remain intact - with Camilla becoming Queen," a royal insider told Globe (via CDL).
The celeb news site further claimed that since Kate Middleton's father-in-law, Prince Charles, is "weak-willed and easily manipulated," he will likely bend to his wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles', demands.
Kate Middleton, however, is not the only member of the royal family who utterly dislikes Camilla Parker-Bowles. In another Celeb Dirty Laundry report, Kate's husband Prince William has also a long-standing vein of bad blood and hate to the Duchess of Cornwall. The royal couple's disdain to Camilla was exposed when letters reveal Charles' fears of divorce from Princess Diana.
The letters, which are reportedly up for sale by a Los Angeles collector and dealer of British royal memorabilia, ignited the public's hate for Camilla Parker-Bowles, who is still widely known as "The Other Woman." Thus, the royal couple, particularly Prince William, banned her from being part of Prince George and Princess Charlotte's life.
Aside from Kate Middleton and Prince Charles, Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth II's husband and Prince Charles' father, also hates Camilla Parker-Bowles. However, Philip reportedly understood the situation.
"Phillip doesn't even want her in the family — but he was told that if Charles and Camilla are not the next King and Queen, it will mean the end of the Monarchy," an insider said.
In other news, Camilla Parker-Bowles' childhood home in Plumpton, East Sussex, is on the market for £2.5 million. According to Daily Mail, Camilla's formative years were spent at the estate and it is also where her father, Major Bruce Shand lived for 45 years. It is also where he had confronted Prince Charles.
Well, it seems that the power struggle between Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles continues to get nastier and the hate of the royal family to the Duchess of Cornwall appears to have intensified.
