It’s not “Dancing With the Stars” without a switch-up week, so this Monday night, fans will witness the remaining stars dancing with different dance pros. However, ahead of the week 5 episode, one star appeared to be not pleased with who she’s dancing with. It’s no other than celebrity chef Paula Deen.
In a People exclusive sneak peek to "DWTS" Season 21's upcoming episode, Deen could be seen flabbergasted by the emergence of dance pro Mark Ballas. She could be heard saying, "Oh, Mark. Oh no."
The 68-year-old contestant revealed that Mark may not have the "patience" to rehearse with her this week, and she's "scared" of it.
However, the 29-year-old choreographer said that he is so ready for Deen, assuring the latter that he's got a lot of patience because he even has the word tattooed on his wrist.
Louis Van Amstel's partner is not buying Ballas' words though since at the end of the teaser clip, she says, "He might need to go get the other arm tattooed with 'more patience.'"
Will the switch-up bring Deen to the bottom and get her eliminated, or will it prove to be a blessing and bring her all the way to the top of the scoreboard? It's too early to tell for now.
The other stars will also face the same challenge this week. Nick Carter is to dance with Witney Carson, while Alexa PenaVega gets five-time champ Derek Hough, as per Communities Digital News.
Hough's Aussie partner Bindi Irwin will dance with last season's champ Val Chmerkovskiy. Andy Grammer is partnered with Sharna Burgess. Carlo PenaVega is hitting the dance floor with Lindsay Arnold.
As for Tamar Braxton, she is dancing with Louis Van Amstel this week. Alek Skarlatos is doing a number with Emma Slater, while Hayes Grier gets a new dancing pro in Allison Holker.
Speaking of Holker, her days may be numbered from what Celeb Dirty Laundry has reported. The "DWTS" Season 21 pro is already four months pregnant, so everyone's worried for her especially when she insisted that she is to keep dancing "through her pregnancy" and make this season one for the books by having a pregnant dancer all the way.
However, there is a theory claiming that the producers have already instructed the judges to "low-ball" Holker and Grammer's scores, so they can be eliminated from the competition soon.
Many contestants of the reality ballroom dancing competition have been sent home due to health reasons, one being Kim Zolciak who suffered from a mini-stroke. Hence, it could be easier if Holker also agreed to back out of the contest and focus on her bun in the oven. Fans should just wait and see whether or not she caves in next week after tonight's switch-up special.
Don't miss "Dancing With the Stars" Season 21 when it airs its week 5 episode this Monday night at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
