Lamar Odom dead? A report has surfaced that got the fans confused whether the former NBA star has perished while several media sites released brain-dead updates followed by the latest update claiming Khloe Kardashian's husband is now conscious.
According to TMZtoday.com, Lamar Odom is dead! Apparently, the former NBA star allegedly passed away in the evening of Oct. 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada’s Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. The report further claimed Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner were at Lamar Odom's side when he died.
Concerned citizens who have read the news showed a mix of concern and confusion over the announcement. Christian Fetter commented, “So yeah, it's part true, part not true, he's not totally dead bc he's being kept alive artificially, but he's brain dead, so all to be done now is pull the plug when family is ready.”
Cristal Reyes said, “He’s not dead. Praise God. Just gotta keep praying for the days ahead.”
Gina Maeda on the other hand believed Lamar Odom is dead while Claudine Leigh Holt remarked, “He's NOT dead!!”
"DAM IS IT TRUE OR NOT WTF WHY WOULD PEOPLE LIE ABOUT THIS WHY?" Kathy Fox questioned.
The different comments made in response to the site’s report of Khloe Kardashian’s husband’s medical state showed that people concerned for the former NBA star were puzzled as to what his exact condition really is.
Many fans also slammed the site TMZToday for releasing such story, while others pointed out that the site is a fake and not at all credible, given that its name is a rip-off of TMZ's.
Despite the baffling news on Lamar Odom’s status, Mediatakeout.com dished that one of the two women whom Lamar Odom “requested” to spend time with him before he was found unconscious was a transgender prostitute named Madison Montag.
PillCosby commented on Mediatakeout’s website, “The dude is in a coma with his organ’s failing for Christ's sake. What purpose does this article serve?”
Meanwhile, Extra clarified that Lamar Odom is not dead but rather his condition is termed as brain-dead, as announced by doctors treating him.
Insiders said that Khloe Kardashian’s husband has “no brain activity." Another source divulged Lamar Odom is “brain-dead” and that tests displayed “no function.”
Amid the gloomy prediction of Lamar Odom’s condition, the Kardashian-Jenner family has shown their support by flying in on their private jets to visit Khloe Kardashian’s husband in Las Vegas.
The latest update about Lamar Odom's condition as per E! News stated Khloe's husband is already on the road to recovery, with a source revealing he is now no longer using a breathing tube.
An insider even said that Odom woke up seeing Khloe by his bedside and greeted the latter, "Hey baby."
