Lil' Wayne Sex Tape Lawsuit Looms After 'R.I.P. Lamar Odom' Blunder

Lil’ Wayne is fighting back the person or people responsible for leaking his alleged sex tape with two girls online. And he is doing this the legal way.

TMZ just obtained a copy of Wayne's document issued to urban blog Diary of a Hollywood Street King that reportedly posted the clips online. Young Tuneche's attorneys filed for a cease and desist letter against the latter.

The legal team of the 33-year-old rapper is asking for the site to remove the video clip from its site within 5 days come hell or high water.

Failure to do so will obviously prompt Lil' Wayne's legal team to file for a lawsuit

"We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the Video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter's rights in the future," the letter read.

Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has yet to really comment on the issue, but as per Inquisitr word about his sex tape has been circulating for a couple of weeks now before the clip made it to the online world.

At first only one clip was leaked, then this week another one — an extended version — was posted on the blog.

It's hard to tell if it's really Wayne who could be seen cavorting with 2 girls since the clips are grainy and do not have proper audio, but with this cease and desist letter, it's clear that Lil' Weezy has subtly confirmed that the sex tape is his.

Nevertheless, his rep said that Lil' Wayne did not have any idea he was being filmed when the tape was recorded.

News about Wayne's possible lawsuit came days after he mistakenly took to Twitter to send his condolence to Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom, reported Mirror.

"R.I.P. Dam man. My blessings to ur fam and friends," Wayne wrote on his Twitter account. Fans were quick to correct the rapper, so he has since deleted the erroneous post.

Later, he simply tweeted "Woop" after his embarrassing mistake.
