Joe Giudice deportation to Italy may apparently come true once he’s released from jail. He will begin his 41-month sentence after wife, “RHONJ” star Teresa Giudice gets released at the end of December.
Joe Giudice was pretty confident that his wife Teresa Giudice and their four kids would follow him to Italy if and when he gets deported for committing bankruptcy and mortgage fraud as well as failing to remit taxes, as per Perez Hilton.
If she does, then the “RHONJ” reality actress would prove her faithfulness to her husband. Teresa Giudice has been doing pretty well in keeping her family intact and happy despite her being away from them since last year. She is soon to complete her 15-month prison sentence.
Joe Giudice deportation talks were brought up again during the second part in the three-part special from Bravo TV called “Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In.” In the said Sunday episode, he was asked by his attorney, James J. Leonard Jr. on his thoughts about Teresa following him to Italy, his home country. The father of four girls responded without batting an eye, “Of course she would.”
According to People, Joe Giudice added he considered himself an American and that the only thing he knew about Italy was its culinary aspects. For everyone's information, he’s the only one who has not acquired citizenship as his parents and siblings were already sworn in by the country.
The impending jail term for the Giudice patriarch seemed to loom over the family throughout the whole episode of “Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In” which was recorded in the summer.
His wife's incarceration has reportedly helped their relationship as they have become more closer as told by a source to People.
Meanwhile, the 43-year-old Bravolebrity kept herself busy by documenting in a journal her experiences in prison. Her husband, Joe Giudice read her diary which was brought by their lawyer from jail as seen on the Oct. 18 airing of “Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In.”
What was inside Teresa Giudice’s diary? Well, for starters, Joe read an excerpt which detailed his wife breaking up a brawl in prison to which he admitted, “She’s surviving. I know she can hold her own, but it’s still tough.”
She also jotted down how she spent her final commissary dollars — on her hair — which she styled just the way Joe liked it before he came to visit her in prison. She wrote that she did not regretted her decision because he appreciated it.
In addition, Hollywood Life has learned Teresa Giudice's room was also shaken down by jail officers who assumed she was concealing a mobile phone in her cell because it appeared she was tweeting her followers and thanking them for their support. Actually, it was her eldest daughter, Gia, whom she requested to manage her Twitter account.
