The much-anticipated "Sleepy Hollow" crossover is finally here in "Bones" Season 11 Episode 5. In the upcoming episode, "Sleepy Hollow" characters Abbie Mille (Nicole Beharie) and Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) will pay the Jeffersonian team a visit.
Fans of the long-running FOX series "Bones" are definitely for the upcoming crossover in Season 11 Episode 5. So, as the pre-Halloween-themed episode is about to premiere, here are 5 reasons why fans should watch the episode titled, "The Resurrection in the Remains."
1. "Bones" Season 11 Episode 5 promises to deliver mysterious, weird, wacky and fun scenes.
The exciting Halloween episode will feature some holiday pranks, a 200-year-old corpse, which will invoke the appearances of Ichabod and Abbie from Sleepy Hollow. Booth and Brennan will also be struggling to accept Ichabod and Abbie's supernatural explanation regarding a mysterious death that flummoxes the FBI, Latin Post revealed.
2. "Bones" Season 11 Episode 5 Synopsis
"It's Halloween time at The Jeffersonian, as the team gets a surprise visit from newly minted FBI Agent Abbie Mills and Ichabod Crane, who have traveled from Sleepy Hollow to claim a headless body already under investigation by Brennan and her team," the synopsis of the upcoming episode read, as per CarterMatt. "The new foursome must figure out how to work together to discover who the 200-year-old headless corpse is, and how it is linked to a contemporary murder victim. Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan come up with the ultimate Halloween pranks to play on each other in the special."

The best drama is always conflict and since "Bones" hasn't has a worthy adversary for a while, the arguments between Brennan and Crane will surely spice up the episode. It was also mentioned that Mison has teased about his scene with Deschanel, which is about a philosophical discussion on faith, art, and love. But they will end up arguing whether anything in life can be reduced to numbers.
The upcoming "Bones" and "Sleepy Hollow" crossover had raised several eyebrows because each of the shows belongs to a different universe. However, showrunners of both TV series promised that the episode will be just as entertaining and captivating as each of the TV series.
"There's nothing not fun and entertaining about these two hours," "Bones" executive producer Jonathan Collier said. "It's an adventure that we normally wouldn't get to see these characters take."
