Linda Hogan was arrested for DUI while her ex-husband, Hulk Hogan was also surrounded by a controversial celebrity sex tape.
53 year old Linda Hogan was driving from a jewelry event with a blood alcohol level of allegedly 0.084 according to TMZ which just grazes the 0.08 legal limit. TMZ states that she had a glass of champagne on an empty stomach which combined poorly with some antibiotics she was taking. Rumor has it that the drinking of his ex-wife is correlated to the sex tape release of Hogan Hulk. According to NYDailyNews, she was released "on $5000 bail shortly before 9 am. Thursday." Whatever drove her to drink does not negate the fact that she expressed what seems to be genuine remorse for her careless actions.
To add to the scandalous mix, Hogan Hulk was caught in a sex tape posted on Gawker on Thursday. Apparently the sex tape was recorded without his consent nor his knowledge. As per TMZ, His lawyers are assisting him in drafting a cease-and-desist letter on top of plans to sue for infringement of his right to privacy should the tape not be taken down.
