Chris Brown Losing Custody Of Daughter Baby Royalty? ‘Loyal’ Singer Allegedly Addicted to Sizzurp

Is Chris Brown losing his custody over baby Royalty? New reports claim that the friends and family of the 26-year-old singer are extremely worried that he could lose the custody of his daughter because of his alleged addiction to sizzurp, a concoction made out of prescription-strength cough syrups and sugary sodas.

Based on the latest evidence obtained by TMZ, baby Royalty's father Chris Brown was spotted with some friends over the weekend at a pumpkin patch in Los Angeles. The celeb gossip site added the singer brought his daughter to the patch to buy a pumpkin for Halloween. But what's troubling were the photographs taken showing Brown sitting on a bale of hay with a double-stacked red cup at his feet.

While Chris Brown appeared to be enjoying his day out with baby Royalty, his family and friends are worried is that the problem has been getting worse over the last few weeks. They are also worried that the "Loyal" singer" will lose the custody of his daughter since he's been drinking around Royalty.

Aside from the photo, the site also posted a video, which was taken during Tyga's son's birthday party. In the said clip, Chris Brown was seen drinking from a double couple while riding a bicycle while a man, who allegedly have a bottle of codeine and soda, walked to him. International Business Times also noted that a group of men was also seen mixing the addictive concoction in the parking lot.

This was not the first time that Chris Brown was reportedly associated with the drugs. As a matter of fact, TMZ also reported in September that Brown's drug test result during the custody hearing of baby Royalty showed the presence of codeine and marijuana in his system. But the judge gave him a pass since he had a prescription for both drugs.

Meanwhile, after the long-running feud with baby Royalty's mother Nia Guzman, Chris Brown has finally settled the custody battle. As per the settlement, Brown would pay Guzman $2,500 a month and $15,000 in back support. Brown, who will get to have Royalty for 12 days in a month, will also pay for Royalty's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies.

In line with the addiction claims and baby Royalty's custody rumors, Chris Brown has slammed TMZ's report through a lengthy Twitter rant, as reported by Daily Mail.

"Tmz is about to run a bogus story tomorrow becuz they aren't getting any traffic," he tweeted before adding, "They called my publicist about some bullshit ass story. It's just sad. Now I'm letting y'all know it's bullshit!"
