Kate Middleton is indeed the most talked-about royal. While she has been continuously making headlines, latest reports claim that the Duchess of Cambridge is secretly battling an eating disorder as she allegedly undergoes treatment for early stages of anorexia. Some conspiracy theorists even suggested that Kate was never pregnant because she immediately regained her post-baby body back after giving birth to her two kids.
While the latest round of rumors claimed that Kate Middleton is suffering from anorexia, the 33-year-old Duchess looked stylish as she paid tribute to British veterans and fallen troops as well as to a late favorite designer when she attended the annual Remembrance Sunday Service at the Cenotaph on Whitehall in London. According to E! News, Kate wore a black double-breasted patchwork felt and velvet coat by Alexander McQueen, which she paired with a black felt hat with a butterfly and a small mesh birdcage veil.
At the remembrance event, Kate Middleton was joined by several royals including Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, Prince Andrew and Sophie, Countess of Wessex. Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands are also present during the ceremony, Daily Mail noted. Kate's 33-year-old husband Prince William and her 31-year-old brother-in-law Prince Harry, who both served in the British military, laid wreaths at the memorial.
Queen Elizabeth II, 89, was also present during the event. The royal family all wore red poppies to honor veterans and their fallen comrades. Royal couple Kate Middleton and Prince William also joined other royal family members at the Royal Albert Hall for the annual Festival of Remembrance. At the event, Kate wore a black knee-length Dolce & Gabbana lace dress.
Meanwhile, as Kate Middleton appeared healthy during these functions, she was allegedly battling an eating disorder called anorexia. While it has been reported that the Duchess spent a lot of money to regain her toned body following two pregnancies, her weight suddenly became a concern.
"She's suffering big time... Kate's consulting a leading British medical expert who is treating her for the early stages of anorexia," an insider claimed as per Celeb Dirty Laundry. "Instead of a body to die for, she ended up with a condition that can be fatal."
The claims, which was debunked by Gossip Cop, also claimed that Kate Middleton wanted to become the "Perfect Princess" with diet and exercise but she "overdid things."
Royal insiders close to Kate Middleton, however, slammed the anorexia rumors, saying that though the Duchess struggled to maintain her great physical shape with the help of personal trainers and dieticians, she does not have an eating disorder. The Palace has also dismissed the claims as utterly "rubbish."
