It has been three months since Megan Fox filed for divorce to legalized her separation from husband, Brian Austin Green . The couple had two children in their five years of marriage.
It seems that the Transformer star is moving on with her life well as she was spotted on the set of "New Girl" Season 5, kissing co-star Jake Johnson! They were acting according to the script, actually. But people who were on the filming set swear that there could be some "real" spark when the two stars smooched intimately by the sidewalk.
PEOPLE reported that when the kiss scene ended, Fox walked away looking sad while Johnson appeared to be disappointed as he watch her leave.
The newly-single mom joined the cast of "New Girl" as Zooey Deschanel is on leave to take care of her baby daughter, Elsie Otter. In the program, Deschanel's character, Jess, has been sequestered on jury duty so the storyline will go smoothly while she takes a break.
As for Fox, she was given the character of Reagan, a gorgeous and hot pharmaceutical sales representative. And she will be causing a bit of stir in the town with her mere presence.
On the other hand, her co-stars are all praises when asked to comment on her inclusion in the program. In an interview with PEOPLE, Max Greenfield, who is acting as a ladies man named Schmidt, shared how the rest of the cast are impressed with the ‘New Girl' and how fun it is to work with her.
"Oh my God, so great. She's very dry, and she's very grounded in a lot of her material. So it allows my character and Jake's character and Lamorne's character to really go for it and be big, and then she looks at you like, "What is wrong with you?"
He continued, "It makes our stuff so much funnier. Then she will then like take another jab at you. It makes that secondary jab so cutting. It's hard to keep a straight face in those moments."
Another co-star tells how they were in awe to see Fox being so funny in her scenes. It was also mentioned that Megan really fits in comedy and they would not be surprised if she stays on the show for more episodes that actually planned. They added that it is highly likely that she will appear again if ratings goes up while she's on the episodes.
At any rate, although Jake Johnson is already married to Erin Payne, people are saying that there's still chance that romance will blossom between him and Megan since, it is Hollywood after all.
Meanwhile, the fifth season of "New Girl" is slated to premiere on January 5.
