"Divergent-Allegiant" has just wrapped up production with Theo James and Shailene Woodley on board reprising their roles as Four and Tris respectively.
The "Divergent-Allegiant" franchise banked on the popularity of the best-selling dystopian novel of Veronica Roth and the undeniable chemistry between Theo James and Shailene Woodley. Fans were clearly rooting for the two to as they have been subjected to countless rumors of hooking up while filming began in "Divergent."
However, both denied talks that their off-screen relationship has leveled up to more than co-actors and friends. Currently, Theo James is in a relationship with Ruth Kearney and Shailene Woodley is dating Nahko Bear.
Design And Trend revealed a Twitter user identified as@ShaileneArmy disclosed that Shailene Woodley's rumored beau posted photos chronicling his adventures last summer while "Divergent-Allegiant" was heavy into production. Apparently some of the photos showed Bear hanging out with Woodley.
The post had the caption: "Nahko shared this photo as 'summer memories.' I'm pretty sure the first 2 is with Shai, not sure about the last one."
Anyway, if you're favorite reel couple don't end up together in real life, there's still hope on the horizon for a happy ending at least in "Divergent-Allegiant." Recent rumors have surfaced that despite Veronica Roth's previous statement that Tris' fate will follow that of the novel, fans clamoring for a happy ever after for Theo James and Shailene Woodley's characters might just get their wish.
Movie News Guide has learned Shailene Woodley's Tris may not die at all as "Divergent-Allegiant" fandom and millions of Team Sheo shippers have petitioned to let Theo James' Four have the love of his life by his side so they might spend blissful days ahead. Perhaps, we will even see a wedding in the movie.
Unfortunately, that scene may not happen at all as Australia Network News reported author Veronica Roth together with Theo James and Shailene Woodley stood by the decision that Tris' destiny is unstoppable and necessary to the development of the plot line of "Divergent-Allegiant."
In addition, another spoiler for the upcoming "Divergent-Allegiant" would be the showcasing of Four's childhood as well as a younger version of Tris' mother. According to IMDb, "Divergent-Allegiant" would be the "first time in the series that the audience will see Four as a child."
Meanwhile, fans who have read the book have reacted to the recently released "Divergent-Allegiant" trailer of Theo James and Shailene Woodley as it differed slightly to that of the best-selling novel.
"Divergent-Allegiant" arrives in theaters on March 18, 2016.
