Heather Clem, Gawker Still Being Charged By Hogan

Hulk Hogan has resolved his sex-tape lawsuit versus his good friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, although cases filed against the DJ's former wife, Heather Clem, and Gawker Media are unresolved.

The charges, filed a couple weeks back, center around a security-camera tape taken six years ago featuring the former wrestler, now reality star, Terry Bollea, having a private, intimate moment with Clem. She’s since divorced Todd Clem (Bubba) after getting married to him in 2007, with The Hulk as his best man. The Clem charges were filed in the Florida state court while the case against Gawker Media was filed in a US District Court.

Bubba had earlier accused Hogan of potentially leaking the sextape himself. The allegation was announced on his own radio show with Clem apparently suggesting that he and his ex-BFF were no longer pals. However, Bubba’s story has recently changed. He released an apology letter on Monday saying that he believed Hulk was not involved, and has never been involved, in releasing the sex video, or exploiting it, or gaining from any of the video's release. The terms within the amicable settlement were kept confidential, according to Hogan’s publicist.

The Hulk is also attempting to get $100 million from Gawker in damages, which have uploaded a one-minute clip of scenes taken from the tape early October. That video continues to be seen on the website, in spite of Hogan’s demand for it to be taken down.
