Logitech's G810 Orion Spectrum is the latest keyboard to be launched by the company that is best for both work and play. This mechanical gaming keyboard is a full-size keyboard that features the company's own Romer-G switches and intelligent RGB illumination.
"What that means in practice is that you won't get the loud clicking noise that's typical of mechanical keyboards, but you will get a similar tactile response. In daily use, I find the G810 keyboard comfortable and reliable," a review from The Verge states.
"We met with dozens of gamers over the last year and a half and asked them what they wanted in a gaming keyboard," said Ujesh Desai, VP and GM of gaming at Logitech." The result is the G810 Orion Spectrum, a clean, sophisticated design that's focused on delivering pure performance."
For mechanical keyboard fans, this Logitech gaming keyboard is a level up, especially since this specific group also prefer a particular keyboard: austere slate, function over form, where quality plastic and paramount switches.
Romer-G mechanical switches help deliver instant responses by registering key presses up to 25 percent faster than standard mechanical switches on other keyboards," the company says. With Logitech Gaming Software (LGS), users and owners of the keyboard has the capability to customize the keyboard based on their preferences. They can change the background color of each key. There are around 16.8 million colour options available. The users can also apply lighting effects with other Logitech G gaming geas.
While the company has not yet released details with regard to price and availability in India, it has been known that this gaming keyboard will be available in US and Europe later this month. It will be sold at $159 and EUR 189, respectively.
For a more exciting news, since Ubisoft is one of Logitech's partners, the G180 keyboard will come with The Division for those who will be buying this product today until April 1st.
