Are you worried about someone hacking your Facebook account? That's a legitimate concern fora lot of people who have ha their accounts hacked, along with their bank accounts and other email accounts by unscrupulous personalities.

Now there is an effective solution to this problem. Facebook now has the feature called Login Approvals. This is the safety net used by Facebook to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your account.
Login Approvals are a security feature used by Facebook similar to login alerts, but with the addition of another security step.
If you turn this feature on, anyone who will try to log in to your account without your knowledge will be asked to provide a special security code every time he tries to access your account, whether in a smartphone, a browser or a new computer.
But you need to turn this on to enjoy its security features. This is how to turn on Facebook's Login Approvals.
1. Open your Facebook account
2. Go to the security settings which should be on the upper right-hand corner and then click on 'security' which is on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the 'Login Approvals.'
4. Check the box that says 'require a security code to access my account from unknown browsers.'
5. Type in your phone number. This will represent your security code.
6. Then click 'Save Changes'
This two-step authentication is still not perfect because if Facebook itself is the one that gets hacked, they will still find a way to access your account. However, with this Login Approvals, you have the assurance that your social media account is relatively safe.
