Will Ellen DeGeneres finally return to host "Saturday Night Live" soon?
The comedienne/host graced the SNL stage in 2001, and fans have been wondering when she will return to give it another go. While several rumors are claiming that producers gave Ellen a good deal that involved her wife, Portia de Rossi, it looks like another SNL hosting gig will not be on the horizon for the funny TV show personality.
"DeGeneres hasn't hosted the late-night sketch show since 2001, and according to OK!, producers are willing to sweeten the deal to get her to return this season," Gossip Cop reported. "A so-called 'insider' tells the tabloid that executives offered to let DeGeneres' wife make a cameo, if she agrees to host."
The article went on to gun down the rumors ,claiming that a source close to the couple explained that the rumors about Ellen and Portia appearing on SNL were "nonsense."
Meanwhile, previous reports claimed that Portia is getting tired of their relationship especially now that the host is battling cancer. Nasty rumors are almost certain that the actress doesn't want the responsibility of taking care of her sick wife. How true?
"Is Ellen DeGeneres battling cancer?" Celeb Dirty Laundry noted. "According to the latest reports, Ellen is facing a tragic health crisis that is rocking her world. Will Portia de Rossi standby her or will this be the last straw in their relationship?"
"We've seen all of the reports on the internet about the battles and issues that Portia and Ellen have been going through and perhaps even hinting at them splitting up. So maybe this is the only way they were going to stay together - facing a tragedy."
