Gwyneth Paltrow’s Divorce Papers Ignored By Chris Martin; Papers Left Unsigned For NINE Months

It looks like estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow has been kept waiting. The divorce papers she submitted were ignored and unsigned by Chris Martin for nine months. Is the Coldplay frontman trying to keep his wife?

It looks like Chris Martin may be trying to hold on to the past when a recent report revealed that the Coldplay frontman has not yet signed their divorce papers. The petition was left unsigned and now the judge holding the case is trying to figure out what the couple's future plans are.

Health advocate Gwyneth Paltrow has filed the papers on Apr. 20, 2015 and formally served the documents to her ex-husband a month after. However, it seemed that their case has been hibernating on Martin's desk somewhere and it is quite possible that Gwyneth may be eligible for a default judgment which means that if Chris does not sign the papers, she will get what she asked for in the divorce petition.

Before Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin filed for a divorce, they were married for 10 years. They officially separated in March 2014. The blonde celebrity addressed the issue saying that they decided to separate and would like to keep their personal matters private as they try to work out their situation as parents.

What is the primary goal of Paltrow? According to reports, the famous actress wants joint custody of both their children, but it has also been indicated in the reports that they may be working out a private settlement which could include their assets.

What do you think could be the reason for Chris Martin's delay in signing the papers? Is he still in love with Gwyneth?
