Bruno Mars New Album 2016 News and Release Date: ‘Uptown Funk’ Singer Album Slated In 2016; Hip, Fun Track Awaits Fans

Bruno Mars new album in 2016 is happening and fans of the "Uptown Funk" king can expect it to be released sometime in Sept. or Oct. this year. Apparently, the third upcoming album of the Grammy winner was even scheduled earlier but was delayed due to the Super Bowl 50 performance of the "Locked Out Of Heaven" artist.

Inquisitr details that Bruno Mars' father Pete Hernandez was the man who spilled the greatest reveal for the upcoming new album of the "Marry You" singer. Hernandez details that fans can anticipate seven tracks in the third album of "The Lazy Song" musician.

"Bruno has seven great new songs - I've heard 'em - but the album should now be released in September or October, to qualify for next year's Grammy Awards," said Hernandez according to the outlet.

Adding up to this new update of Bruno Mars third upcoming album, Hernandez also opened up about Bruno Mars' performance in the Super Bowl 50 that made the delay for the album.

"It was due in March, but by doing the Super Bowl, it threw him back several months," Hernandez added.

Sound Engineer of "The Locked Out of Heaven" singer Charles Moniz once hinted the upcoming album of Bruno Mars to Billboard saying that it would definitely be something different than what fans have heard of from the previous albums. Moreover, the album is also envisioned to be a "fun," hip track that people can dance to and enjoy.

"I think it's going to be the next movement of Bruno," Moniz said when asked by Billboard. "That's the thing: When the vibe's right and everyone's having fun, that's when the best music comes out."

The upcoming album of Bruno Mars is his third to be released album after his debut album in 2010 entitled "Doo-Wops & Hooligans" and "Unorthodox Jukebox" released in 2012.
