As "Mob Wives" season 6 finally hit its series finale, the memories of the larger than life reality star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola still encapsulates the whole run of the series. The VH1 show captured some of the most revealing scenes of Big Ang. Meanwhile, Big Ang's husband Neil Murphy also speaks out about his immense love for his kind-hearted wife.
Big Ang confessed in her later appearances on "Mob Wives" season 6 that she was surprised to know about her disease and how she was deeply tormented by the knowledge of it. "Even though I'm throat cancer free, the doctors told me I have Stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer. I just have a long fight ahead of me," she said according to Enstarz.
"I hate cancer. They say it kicks the [crap] outta you, I gotta kick the [crap] out of it, but I don't know if I could. This might be a rough one."
The debilitating condition of the late star didn't hasten her to become the amazing person that she is. In the previous episodes of the series, many can see that Big Ang was a person full of love in her heart and was a total peacekeeper of the group. She made sure to act as a mediator while some of her co-stars, especially Drita D'Avanzo and Karen Gravano, are not in good terms.
The loss of Big Ang who died from cancer last Feb. 18 is inevitably difficult for her husband Neil Murphy. Murphy detailed how his relationship was with the late "Mob Wives" star and even confessed that although their relationship was imperfect, he loved her ultimately nonetheless and would not change anything about her.
"You know, we had a lot of good times together. It was a crazy life at the end, you know. We were regular people, then she became a celebrity. It was kind of a crazy life being married to her, but it was good. I would never change anything." Murphy said according to Realitytea (via ET).
