Reports have been circulating that Christina Aguilera is not on friendly terms with former "The Voice" coach Gwen Stefani. What does Aguilera have on Stefani?
Apparently, Aguilera is close friends with Miranda Lambert - Blake Shelton's ex-wife. It appears Gwen Stefani won't have none of that going on with Blake Shelton sitting beside Christina during this season of "The Voice," according to MovieNewsGuide.
Previously it was reported by Jobs & Hire that there is a possibility that a girl-coaches team versus boy-coaches team would happen in "The Voice" because there has never been a girl coach who won a season. Blame it on the "girl curse." That would mean Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera would get to team up. But the MNG article reports that Aguilera feels that Stefani is not right with Shelton and "...he should fix his marriage to Lambert" which may mean an all-girl-full-force team up won't happen?
Whatever the reason, fans do want Stefani back on the red judge's chair. What does Blake Shelton think about all of this? He apparently doesn't care what Aguilera thinks about Stefani, cited the Inquistr. He is still happy that Stefani gets to be a mentor for Team Shelton which gives him a nudgy license for him to see her more.
There's definitely drama behind those red chairs but the said drama has yet to be confirmed by all three coaches. What is clear right now is that Christina Aguilera still has the chops to duet with contestant Joe Maye during their own rendition of "I Put a Spell on You."
