Paris Jackson has posted a touching tribute to her father, Michael Jackson, on her Instagram account. The 17-year-old actress shared the image on Saturday, Mar. 12.
OK! Magazine reported that the King of Pop's daughter shared a sweet photo of her father and herself in one picture. "Archangel," Paris Jackson captioned the image.
The 17-year-old celebrity is shown next to her father, Michael Jackson, as they strike the same pose with their arms crossed. Paris Jackson superimposed herself on the King of Pop's photo.
The Instagram post has garnered more than 30k likes and more than a thousand comments. Fans of the actress and the legendary singer shared their messages on the social media site.
"Rip Michael Jackson," one fan wrote. "Now is a Guardian angel Paris Jackson he will always protect you like an angel."
"[You're] absolutely right Paris he is your archangel," another fan commented. "He loved you kids more than anything!"
According to The Hollywood Gossip, Paris Jackson seems to be comparing herself to the King of Pop in the Instagram photo. The publication also noticed that the actress changed her account name to Paris-Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson passed away last 2009 at 50 years old. He has three children, Prince Michael, 19, Paris, 17, and Prince Michael, 14, who is also known as Blanket.
Paris' bleach blonde pixie cut is reportedly a form of rebellion against her grandmother and legal guardian, Katherine Jackson. It was previously reported that the 17-year-old is adamantly going against the wishes of her grandparents.
"Katherine always loved Paris's hair and that is why Paris cut it all off and dyed it," a source told Radar Online. "She is basically doing everything right now that they do not want her to do."
The young star is said to be preparing to launch her acting and modeling career in Hollywood. Moreover, Leonardo DiCaprio's manager, Rick Yorn, will help her with it.
