Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen are still plagued with divorce rumors. Speculations sparked when "The Tonight Show" host was seen out and about without his wedding ring.
Mail Online reported that the 41-year-old host stepped out in New York on Monday and he was noticeably missing a certain type of jewelry on his ring finger. However, this could have little to do with his love for his wife, Nancy Juvonen, and more about keeping his fingers complete.
The publication noted that Jimmy Fallon came close to losing his ring finger in an accident last year. Apparently, "The Tonight Show" host got "ring avulsion" and nearly cost him his digit.
"I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves and I can't wait 'til I burn it to the ground," he explained after a two-week absence from "The Tonight Show." The accident sent him to the ICU for 10 days.
Fallon's finger now looks better but still has a bit of a discoloration and scar. He no longer needs to wear bandages for it, though.
"The Tonight Show" host did have the ring repaired. However, he does not plan on wearing it as a ring again. "I don't think as ring, maybe a necklace," Fallon told TMZ.
According to Korea Portal, Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen are rumored to be struggling with their marriage. There are speculations that the couple would soon be going through a divorce.
Last December, they tried to disprove the rumors when "The Tonight Show" host posted a photo of him, his wife and their two daughters enjoying a frozen hot chocolate. Fallon is also believed to be struggling with alcohol.
In a report by YHM, it was revealed that fans still think that Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen are still set to divorce. It was noted that Juvonen has threatened to leave him for his bad behavior.
