Microsoft has always dominated the business world and the career environment of the workers and even the job seekers as well. In line with that, Microsoft is set to launch a new platform to assist its users, particularly the job seekers.
It stands out that the latest platform formed by the company is named "Cortana" which happens to be Microsoft's secret mobile program and weapon. According to a report from The Verge, "Cortana is slowly emerging as Microsoft's secret mobile weapon and the software giant hasn't fared well with its Windows Phone operating system, which is why Cortana is key to Microsoft's mobile future."
It also seems like Microsoft is taking on a stance that is strikingly similar to that of Google along with its Toolbar app. With that in mind, it appears that Microsoft aims to use this platform to help its users and specially its job seekers. To prove the latter, during the Build developer conference last week, the message from Microsoft was clear as ice. The firm wants Cortana to be everywhere and utilized anywhere.
Even a former report from Jobs & Hire indicated the dedication of Microsoft to exert its dominance and gain supremacy in the tech industry and it was even speculated that Microsoft would buy Yahoo.
It goes without saying that Microsoft aims on rebounding back from the losses of its previous products and platforms and with Cortana at bay, the future is forecast to not be bleak anymore.
