Jesse James, former CEO of West Coast Choppers and Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, posted gruesome pictures of his pinky-slicing accident on twitter.
James explained that his glove was caught in machinery, and the finger was "smashed" off when he tried to get free. "My wife [Alexis DeJoria] and I were looking around the floor for the piece of finger so we could put it on ice and haul a** to the hospital."
The tip of his pinky finger of his left hand was cut off, and the doctors at the ER have informed him that it cannot be reattached. James tweeted the news with a humorous line: "Doesn't look like this little dude's gonna make it. Nice know'n you little buddy."
Refusing anesthesia for his pinky, James told TMZ, "They said it's gone. They're going to take a skin graft of the chunk of finger and then sew it back on. I asked them if they could sew my fingerprint on upside down, just for fun."
The tough 44 year old posted quite a few gory photos of his hand injury, especially one that displayed the blood red half-pinky below the dried finger tip.
The star was working on a customized bike in his garage when this injury recorded on Twitter and Instagram happened.
