2.Empathize
Before you open your mouth to say something, never forget your partner/partners' situation. Try to consider and put yourself in their shoes. 3. Do your homework
There will be times when some of the work load shall be taken home. If such thing happens, never forget to do your part. It's not a new fact that some people stumbled upon the greatest of concepts by making a mistake. Don't be afraid or ashamed of yours because you might just get a kickass idea out of it.
6. Praise others if you like what they're doing
Imagine if you're the one being praised. Doesn't it feel good and makes you want to work even harder?
7. Don't tolerate yelling
If that thing occurs, call it out immediately. Verbal abuse of any sort is never okay.
