1. On choosing brand partnerships
She just doesn't pick a successful brand. She makes sure that she is passionate about it and it fits her Kylie Jenner persona. The brand's values should also jive with her own core values. This is called personal branding. "I have to be passionate about the brand and just love it. It has to be a perfect fit. I don't work with anything that doesn't work with my brand," the 18 year old says.
2. How to deal with negativity
She ignores them. For Kylie, haters will always be there. Which is why she continues to "...do my thing and people still love me and my lip kits are still selling out and 10,000 people still come to my appearances, so I don't think it's about the negative comments, it's about turning it around and being able to come out on top." She is also an advocate of anti-bullying which she takes priority over her fame and criticism.
3. What's in store for Kylie Jenner in ten years
Planning takes time and thought. Kylie plans to stay in business for a long time. Career Girl explains that she isn't just capitalizing on something that came along and landed in her lap. She has set her goals and knows where she wants to be in the long run.

She visits the factory regularly, taking on a proactive role in the business.
5. On product management and customer demand
Her lip products gets sold out the minute they're available. She makes sure that it's always available even though making the product exclusive or less available will put her products in demand. "We only keep making more and more every single week and it sells out faster and faster. Literally, I pray that it lasts more than 15 minutes every single time. I want people who just feel like buying a kit to be able to go online and buy it," she explains.
