The job listing requires the candidate to be ready to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. The role required for the job is to become fully engaged with a global audience through the public role and works of The Royal Family.
The listing goes on to indicate that the challenge of the Digital Engagement Head will need to lead and develop the digital communications strategy of the Monarchy and to ensure that a wide range of digital platforms are fully and effectively utilized to support their aims.
The Digital Engagement Head will be required to manage a team and handle posting content across multiple digital and tech platforms. Refinery 29 describes the job as making sure "the Royals look cool online." Which means the candidate must have extensive digital experience for high profile platforms and websites and can always be on top of tactical content trends.
