Lauren Spierer: College Blonde Missing After Drunk Night Out With Men; 3 Friends Gets Sued For Not Caring For Her [VIDEO & REPORT]

A lawsuit is being filed by Lauren Spierer's parents over her disappearance two years ago. The three men who were allegedly accompanying her during her night out are being sued for their actions and inactions that night.

The 21-year-old college student disappeared June 3, 2011 when she was hanging out with her friends in Bloomington, Indiana, drinking heavily in an area that was known for criminal activity.

Rob and Charlene Spierer, the parents of Lauren Spierer, is filing a case against Corey Rossman, Michael Beth, and Jason Rosenbaum, who were named the last 3 people to interact with her daughter before she had disappeared.

The lawsuit is claiming that the three friends of Lauren Spierer have either committed a crime to lead to her disappearance and possible death, or have abandoned her so that she will come to reach her possible tragic end.

The Lauren Spierer lawsuit states that "Spierer's abandonment in an intoxicated and disoriented state in the early morning hours of June 3, 2011, in an area known for criminal acts contributed to her disappearance, and presumed injuries and death."

Additionally, the three friends were charged for giving alcohol to Lauren when she was clearly intoxicated, reports state.
