Melissa Nelson: 'Irresistible' Dental Assistant Fired? Court Revisit Previous Justification of Employer's Sexual Harassment! Was 32-Year-Old Really That Hot? [VIDEO INTERVIEW]

The Iowa Supreme Court has revoked its previous ruling that justified Dr. James Knight's firing of Melissa Nelson, over her being too 'irresistible' to him.

Knight claims that the victim of the sexual harassment was wearing provocatively tight clothing and was a threat to his marriage.

"Dr. Knight acknowledges he once told Nelson that if she saw his pants bulging, she would know her clothing was too revealing."

Knight had also sent her illicit text messages to which Melissa Nelson never responded. He had asked her about sex life, and assuming that it was lacking, he texted her saying, "That’s like having a Lamborghini in the garage and never driving it."

The uncomfortable text messages were allegedly discovered by Knight's wife, Jean Knight, who demanded the tattooed dentist to fire the passive victim. Melissa Nelson was then dismissed with 1 month's severance pay.

The supreme court initially decided that, since Melissa Nelson was replaced by another woman and that all the workers (except for Knight) were women as well, Knight could not have possibly committed gender discrimination. However, Nelson argued that if she was a man, Knight would not have fired her being 'irresistible'.
