Not many people can lose 155 pounds at once. Tara Costa was the one of the few women in the world who did that in "The Biggest Loser" in 2009.
However, a marketing firm is punishing the food addict who had a small relapse, by sending her a lawsuit, claiming that she gained "far too much weight."
"I used to probably have a pint of ice cream almost every other night, if not more. Not my proudest moments. I wish I could have one bite and be satisfied. But you know what? I have hope," Tara Costa confessed to ABC News.
The high calorie junk food that she imbibes over the years had let her to be obese prior to 2009, so she joined the heart-wrenching competition of much sweat and difficult workouts, to get down from 294 pounds to a small-waisted 139 pounds.
The fabulous almost over-night beauty however became once again obsessed with eating in a short relapse in 2011, and the 5-foot-9 Tara Costa had reportedly weighed 161 pounds, gaining 22 pounds, which is about 14% of 155 pounds that she lost in "The Biggest Loser" competition in 2009.
FC Online however is accusing that Tara Costa had breached their agreement, that as their spokesperson, she was to "maintain her current level of fitness and conditioning" after she had lost her weight in "The Biggest Loser."
Failing to see her difficulty to resist the foods, the promotional agreement was enforced, and FC Online is suing the celebrity to obtain unspecified compensation for the "damages" she had cost. Tara Costa had been given $45,000 to be used by the marketing company.
However, it seems that the 23-year-old star is now once again trim and sexy. She must have won over her body through her willpower.
