Big Brother House Guest Being Sued For Sexual Encounter In House; Who Got Evicted In CBS Week 2 Episode? More Aaryn and GinaMarie Racial Slurs [VIDEOS & REPORT]

It seems that Big Brother has been put on the spotlight even more this week, as two versions of the television show have been put onto the spotlight.

The African version of Big Brother has gotten one house guest involved in a potential lawsuit. Under Ethiopia's laws, "any other obscene act or gesture" in public would bring about jail time for at most one year, or a fine of $54, according to Reuters.

The 27-year-old Betty Abera who represented Ethiopia was kept in a house of guests from all over Africa. She appeared to have sex with a fellow housemate while under the spotlight of the live cameras.

300,000 pounds is the price tag for the trophy winner of the show, which will be announced next month. Some Ethiopians however would rather like to remove her from the face of the earth, as some of them have sent death threats and pictures with an "X" across her face. Betty is still in Johannesburg where the show is being filmed.

On the other side of the world, Big Brother has taken a different twist. Nick has been evicted after he was stabbed in the back by Spencer who turned on the male alliance set up earlier.

In the house, Aaryn and GinaMarie has been attacking people based on their ethnicity. In the live stream, Gries has been seen flipping over Candice Stewart's mattress. When she was confronted, she responded in a 'black' accent and got into an argument with her that led to Candice being removed from the room forcefully.
