Siliconera reported that Tesoro will make his first appearance in the "Heart of Gold" TV special which will be aired in Japan on Jul. 16. He is set to be the main villain in "One Piece" film "Gold," slated for release on Jul. 23.
It was said that Gildo Tesoro is a very rich man who uses his money to get his way. He also made Gran Tesoro as a sanctuary for different types of people.
