With the royal baby due date coming up in this week/weekend, millions of the world are in anticipation to what the newborn will look like.
Fox News reported that Dr. Manny Alvarez, a medical scientist, has predicted that the Royal baby would be induced into labor even if she might not break her water in this week due to her late stage in the pregnancy.
"Her pregnancy is now entering a period where obstetricians have to be on the alert to make sure that the baby is thriving normally." He claims that the doctors would need to make sure that the firstborn is receiving enough nutrition and oxygen to be growing well in Kate's womb.
As we all know in the process of giving birth to a baby, the placenta is removed from the newborn. However, the function of the placenta was actually to act as a filter to provide oxygen to the child inside the womb. The placenta however, begins to age at 37 weeks, and might lose its function if the baby is kept under its supply for too long.
Due to this information, Alvarez is purporting that the Prince William and Kate will be working to make sure that the royal baby due date is within this week/weekend. It is possible that they might even consider a C-section if the delivery is taking too long and might harm the child.
Many are in celebration of Prince William and Kate's pregnancy news. Not Your Momma's Cookie has had the creative idea of making royal baby ultrasound cookies. The full recipe includes icings of black, light gray, and gold colors, vodka, pastry bags, and luster dust!
Gary Goldsmith, the uncle of the Duchess of Cambridge is hinting that the couple would "make history by giving birth to a girl, who will be the future of Queen of England," according to the Telegraph.
