'Grand Theft Auto V' players are in for a horrific treat as Rockstar Games revealed its plans for a 2016 Halloween DLC that will bring back loads of disturbingly cool features for the Halloween update.
Here are a few things you can expect from the newest addition to the game.
Last year's treat was an oldie but goodie. International Business Times reported that this DLC will include some of the most loved items and rides introduced to the game. This includes the Franken Stange and the Lurcher Hurse vehicles, along with the options to put on face paint and ghoulish masks. Avid fans of the game can expect to see these features again very soon, and so much more.
Move over Ghost Rider, the LCC Sanctus motorcycle is here. Rockstar games also took the time to introduce a new ride with a red-eyed skull as its headlight. Gamespot was able to nab a picture of this nasty-looking bike, and it screams Halloween. If the mask doesn't make the character look scary and badass, this will.
The classic 'Good versus Evil' comes to GTA. As you see kids in angel and devil costumes run through the neighborhood, so you shall too in this upcoming DLC. Known as the new Lost versus Damned mode, this layer adds more depth to the gameplay as players get to witness angels and devils duking it out to see who reigns supreme, as per Bloody Disgusting. One thing that makes it even more interesting is the night/day cycle that switches every 60 seconds. Nighttime gives the devils the upper hand while daytime is when angels come to wreak havoc.
Oodles of cash awaits! It doesn't refer to real-life cash, but in-game money. Logging into GTA online from now until Oct. 31 nets the player $250,000 worth GTA dollars. Other items are also on sale in time for the Halloween madness.
The Halloween DLC is in time with the anniversary sale for GTA online, starting the successful game way back in Oct. 2013. Veterans and first-timers alike are sure to enjoy this spooktacular event.
