"Descendant of the Sun" fans cannot get over the undeniably strong chemistry between co-stars Song Joon Ki and Song Hye Kyo. Even after the season 1 finale has already aired, there are still a lot of rumors swirling around the two.
Though the two have not ever confirmed that they are dating in real life, many fans believe that they are just hiding their relationship from the public eye. Recently, news about their possibly wedding engagement has surfaced online which sent a lot of fans into a frenzy.
Sources claim that Song Joon Ki will soon propose to Song Hye Kyo. He will try to make the event as private and hidden as possible to avoid too much media. It was also mentioned that he would only invite a few close friends and family member during his wedding proposal to Song Hye Kyo. Rumor has it that Song Joon Ki will propose on Song Hye Kyo's birthday this coming November 22.
Fan speculations are even at an all-time high after several photos of the two had appeared online. A particular photo showed the two having matching bracelets and outfits, while other photos showed Song Joon Ki and Song Hye Kyo holding hands while looking into each other's eyes. What was even more interesting is a photo of the two of them in Norway. The two seemed to have had a vacation, but the photo has since then been removed.
Another alleged proof of their coupledom is a coffee truck gift they sent to the cast of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds." They sent it as a show of support for actors Park Bo Gum and Kim Yoo Jung. "Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki asked us to send a coffee truck to Park Bo Gum, director Baek Sang Hoon, director of photography Kim Si Hyung, and the staff as they were going to be working hard during an all-night shoot. Three actors who are truly angels right down to their bones!" posted the coffee truck company on their Instagram page.
Regardless of the countless photos of the two and the gifts they have sent to other stars, they remained tight-lipped about the whole situation. Many fans are still hoping for a confirmation about their wedding plans. After all, if they really are not a real life couple, why would they be sending joint gifts to other actors?
