Rumors were circulated over the internet if the American film director, Paul Feig will not be directed Ghostbusters again. According to the report, Paul Feig may direct Mindy Kaling in late night talk show comedy.
Paul Feig is one of the Hollywood's most in-demand comedy directors. A romantic comedy film, "Bridesmaids,"," is one of the comedy movies he directed which became a box office hit. Moreover, he also directed several American sitcoms such as "Arrested Development," "Nurse Jackie" and "Weeds."
On the other hand, Paul directed "Ghostbusters," an American supernatural comedy action movie which has to believe that the said movie reboot will not be directed by him. According to the report, a source claimed that Paul had a serious talk to direct Mindy Kaling's untitled comedy late night talk show. The said project would be Paul's fifth female-led comedy show.
On his exclusive interview with The Daily Beast, the award-winning director was asked if he would be up for another sequel of "Ghostbuster: Answer The Call reboot. He said that it's up for the studio. "Nobody's called me. But I love those characters, and I know they are now heroes and mean a lot to a lot of people, so in a perfect world it would be great if we could see them bust more ghosts, kick more ass, and be awesome again.", he added.'
According to the report, Paul personally thought that Ghostbusters reboot should have a new filmmaker. He wanted to see someone who can do unique identities with the characters. As reportedly, he had a hard time balancing his time with the blockbuster movie.
