Dying 2 Year Old Suffering from Rare Condition Is Best Man at Parents' Wedding [VIDEO & REPORT]

Dying 2 year old best man Logan Stevenson attended his parents' wedding last August 3 in Jeanette, Pennsylvania.

Bride Christine Swidorsky and groom Sean Stevenson tied the knot in a 12-minute ceremony, in what should have been a wedding set for next year after learning that their son only has 2-3 weeks to live. The dying 2 year old best man has leukaemia and far more complications than doctors can heal.

Swidorsky shares, "We want Logan in our family pictures, and we want him to see his mother and dad get married," Logan and his parents are also joined by Christine's 13-year old daughter from a previous relationship Isabella Johns as bridesmaid and the couple's 1-year old flower girl Savannah.

"It'll be the hardest thing I'll ever do, is bury my son," Sean relates. "You know it's coming, and you can't do anything about it."

Born October 22, 2010, the dying 2 year old best man suffers from a rare disease called Fanconi anaemia, which leads to cancer. He went through a stem cell transplant last July 2012, which left him with only one kidney. During a trip to Disneyland, Logan felt ill and was flown back to Pittsburgh only to find that there's a mass in his other kidney. He was given a terminal prognosis.

Doctors told Christine that "he would be in more pain in the hospital." They also added that it would be "the best thing for Logan is to be home with his parents,"

Falling in and out of sleep during his parents' wedding, the little angel wore a tan pinstriped suit, carried by his mom all throughout the ceremony.

In an interview with Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, which first reported the story, Sean says "I just am thankful that I am able to bring my son home and have time with him and hold him before he goes," and continues "So in that sense, I feel lucky that I at least get to say goodbye to my son ... and tell him it's going to be okay."
