Despite the company's recent snafu with the Note 7, it looks like the public is willing to give the company another chance with recent reports of the Gear S3 getting sold out. But according to a source, there are some ways to get both variants of the Gear S3 by the time it launches.
Those planning to pick up a brand new Samsung Gear S3 might have a bit of a hard time. As the Digital Spy has reported that the company is not accepting any more preorders for their new smart watch. Here is the official statement from the website:
"Due to high demand, the Gear S3 is currently unavailable. Leave your details with us and we'll let you know when it's back in stock." And that piece of bad news is for both the "Frontier" and "Classic" variants. Both smartwatches come with a price range $350 to $400.
To those who did make a pre-order has a really cool bonus in tow. Samsung has promised them a free pair of Level active headphones to sweeten the pot. This might have been one of the major factors of the UK preorders going through the roof.
However, for those tech heads that missed out on pre-ordering, there could be a way that they can still get the Samsung Gear S3 on their wrists. According to the International Business Times, the smartphone website Mobilefun is still accepting preorders for both models. There will be shipping charges of course, but they are priced at relatively the same range.
The Gear S3 features a 1.3' display size, built-in microphone and speaker, built-in GPS, military grade water and dust resistance, battery for 3 days, rotating steel bezel, 4 GB internal memory, Bluetooth v4.2, and a number of health and environment sensors. With prime features, the Samsung Gear S3 is looking like a big winner in the smart watch category.
