"Clash Royale," a real-time card-based strategy game developed by Supercell, is rumored to add four new cards to its deck. The new cards include the tornado spell, clone spell, electro wizard, and elite barbarians. These cards are leaked ahead of Supercell's official reveal.
The tornado spell is already scheduled for release on November 11, 2016. The tornado spell is an epic card which can drag and then inflict damage to nearby units for a short period of time. Once under the spell, affected troops are prevented from attacking. The tornado can be an alternative to using the freeze spell since the tornado costs less, 3 elixers to freeze's 4.
According to Clash Royalepedia, the clone spell is an epic card which can duplicate any troops in the target area. "Clash Royale" already has one card having the ability to copy or duplicate another card, the mirror. However the mirror card is a high-cost card which can only duplicate a previously played card. With the clone spell costing just 3 elixers, it seems the spell is a rather useful alternative to mirror. Although the cloned troops pack the same punch as the original troops, they are weaker health-wise and have no effect against structures in "Clash Royale."
According to Mobipicker, the electro wizard is a "Clash Royale" legendary card which can deal a large amount of damage while stunning nearby units. However, the electro wizard can only attack two units at a time. Costing 4 elixers, the electro wizard can prove to be a better alternative to another high-powered card, the sparky which costs 6 elixers.
The elite barbarians are common cards set for release in "Clash Royale" between November and December 2016. The elite barbarians spawns 2 barbarians as compared to the regular barbarians card which spawns 4. In contrast with the Barbarians card already in the game, the elite barbarians are harder, better, faster, and stronger.
With "Clash Royale" promising to release 1 new card every two weeks, gamers and fans of the game expect the game to become more challenging. Also, it is worth mentioning that one of the new cards introduced by "Clash Royale," the clone spell, already exists in the game "Clash of Clans." Given that both "Clash Royale" and "Clash of Clans" are created by Supercell, gamers continue to speculate when the characters from one game will cross-over to the other.
