The question whether Boruto Uzumaki, son of current Konoha Hokage and Senjutsu user Naruto Uzumaki, will learn Senjutsu comes up frequently to fans and followers of the anime "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations." But the more important question seems to be: will Boruto ever find the time to train and learn Senjutsu, and if he ever had the time, who would train him?
Currently, Boruto is training under Sasuke Uchiha while also being a part of Team Konohamaru along with Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki. While the sharingan-bearing Sasuke Uchiha is a master of several high-level shinobi techniques, he doesn't know how to use the Senjutsu. The same can be said about Konohamaru Sarutobi, also a talented Shinobi and grandson of the legendary Third Hokage Hirozen Sarutobi.
Based on Narutopedia, Senjutsu is a specialized field of technique that allows the user to sense and gather natural energy. Famed Senjutsu users include Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Jiraiya, Minato Uzumaki, and Naruto Uzumaki.
It is worth noting that Minato Uzumaki is Naruto's father and Boruto's grandfather. But with Minato dying just after Naruto was born, he could not have passed the jutsu to his son personally. That being said, Naruto was trained by Jiraiya and the toads in Mount Myoboku to learn Senjutsu.
According to AnimeBlog, only Naruto Uzumaki and the toads in mount Myoboku have, at the moment, the capability for training Boruto Uzumaki in the ways of Senjutsu. There is no question about Boruto Uzumaki's potential. Being the son of Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuuga, Boruto Uzumaki has a lot of potential and power to handle the Senjutsu.
But with Naruto Uzumaki being the Seventh Hokage, his plate is full just by managing Konoha. So Senjutsu training for Boruto Uzumaki under his father is out of the question at the moment. And unless Naruto instructs the toads from mount Myoboku, it is highly unlikely that Boruto will learn this powerful jutsu any time soon.
