Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the infamous Kardashians recently turned 16 in a major blowout bash in Malibu, California with some of her closest friends, boyfriend Jaden Smith and of course, her controversial family- save for Kim Kardashian.
Kim, who has remained in hiding since giving birth to North West was expected to come to her little sister's sweet 16 but ended up as a no show. The star merely took to Twitter and expressed her greetings to Kylie Jenner, saying: "Happy Birthday to my baby sis @kyliejenner !!!! Can't believe your [sic] 16!"I love you so much!" She then adds a second photo montage tweeting, "More bday love for my muse & baby sis."
Meanwhile, Kylie's other sister Khloe made an appearance without her husband, NBA star Lamar Odom who's reportedly been cheating on his wife with two women. Khloe came in with two bodyguards instead. As for Kourtney and her baby daddy Scott Disick, they decided to put Disick's paternal law suit scandal on hold and arrived at the party together with their children Penelope and Mason. Reports say that a model is accusing Scott as the father of her baby.
As for Kylie Jenner's parents, Kris and Bruce arrived and left separately, following rumors that the couple are no longer living together and talks of divorce are strongly surfacing.
Kendall, Kylie's 17-year old sister keeps everything else light by waking up her sister, screaming "Happy Birthday!" and later on snapping shots of her now 16-year old sister blowing her gorgeous white cake with colorful candles on top.
The sushi-filled bash is just the first out of the two birthday parties the sweet 16 lady is about to have. Her next stop is at the AT&T Center on August 17, with 100 invited guests and E! cameras expected to be rolling the entire time.
