Remembering 'Glee' Actor, Cory Monteith. When Will Tragedy in Hollywood End? How do We Put a Stop to Drug Abuse in Hollywood?

Canadian-born Cory Monteith who became a household name after taking the role of Finn Hudson in the musical comedy 'Glee' died of heroin and alcohol overdose. Monteith, who has gone to rehab a number of times, seemed fine a night before he was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room.

The cast of 'Glee' recently won an award but it's hard to celebrate without Finn Hudson. They are "being incredibly strong as they return to set without their former co-star," Perez Hilton says in his blog.

Monteith's death affected everyone. "Everybody's doing differently. You know, it's tough. Everybody had a relationship with him and we all express our grief in different ways so I'll only speak for myself. I love him and I honor [him], and every day I go to work, I walk by his trailer and I go, 'He should be in there," Jane Lynch who plays the 'villain' in the series told reporters.

The cast together with 'Glee' crew members remembered Monteith and honored him, reports say.

"I just wanted to be here today to personally thank all of you and tell everyone out there how much all of your love and support has meant to me over these very past difficult few weeks," the actress said to her fans during 2013's Teen Choice Awards.

"For all of you out there who loved and admired Cory as much as I did, I promise that with your love we're gonna get through this together. He was very special to me and also to the world. We were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart so whether you know him personally or just as Finn Hudson, Cory reached out and he became a part of all of our hearts," she continued.
