Michael Bublé confirmed that their eldest 3-year old son,Noah is diagnosed with liver cancer. Early this November, in an emotional statement on Facebook, he said that the family is devastated but remains optimistic.
The 41-year old award-winning singer made the last appearance on a televised "BBC Children in Need". He poured his heart out in a song breaking the heart of many viewers.
Back in October, before his son's diagnosis, Bublé recorded "God Only Knows" originally by the "Beach Boys" in support for "BBC Children in Need." It is a Fundraiser Charity for underprivileged children battling sickness around the world in the UK. Weeks after his son's diagnosis, the singer made the last appearance on a televised BBC charity fundraiser .
He asked people to donate to the charity and despite having said he will not sing until his son recovers, Bublé performed "God Only Knows". With his son's condition, the song was even more meaningful which left viewers in tears.
Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato, an Argentinian model and actress, decided to cancel all their work engagements to focus on their son's treatment. Bublé asked for prayers, support, and privacy from fans around the worlds.The family remains hopeful and positive.
Noah was diagnosed after a liver biopsy in Los Angeles and is currently having treatment in the United States until 2017. Friends and fans everywhere expressed their support and offered prayers for him.
