Lisa Kudrow of award winning series 'Friends' crushed the dreams of the show's fans when she reportedly said, "It's never going to happen."
However, Lisa, who played the character Phoebe Buffay in the show, told comic and talk show host Conan O'Brien that she fell for the fake reports of a reunion.
She told Obrien, "People got mad at me recently because I said, 'No, no. That's never going to happen.' They were angry, like I'm the one who shut it down."
When asked if she'd want to play the character again, the actress responded positively however, Kudrow noted that fans may be dissatisfied with a reunion.
I don't want to see old Joey. Everyone's going to have different visions of what those characters are like, so to have that materialize is going to disappoint most people," she explained in Conan's show.
Kudrow also added, "I wouldn't even have an interest in seeing what those people are doing 10 years later as parents that have to be responsible. It would be so different that it wouldn't be 'Friends' anymore.
In May this year, Jennifer Aniston was asked by her friend Ellen DeGeneres if there will be a reunion and whether the actress would like it to happen. Aniston who played the character Rachel Karen Green in the NBC comedy said to DeGeneres that she would love for a reunion to happen.
However, the "We're The Millers" actress is rumored that she is no longer friends with fellow "Friends" actress Courtney Cox.
Sources say the two actresses' friendship deteriorated over the years since Cox's separation with David Arquette another close friend of Aniston. Cox and Arquette separated in 2010. Lisa Kudrow has not commented on the rumors of Cox and Aniston being no longer friends though.
Cox played the character Monica Geller in "Friends" has always been there for Aniston, reports say. Cox was with her through her divorce from famous actor Brad Pitt in the year 2005.
