Scott Disick Celebrates Paternity Test Results With Petra Ecclestone And Husband James Stunt

Scott Disick has had a rough few weeks having to deal with the paparazzi's questions about his son Mason. With the paternity claim of male model Michael Girgenti disproven through a DNA test done August 12, Disick is in a celebratory mood.

He did not go out with his long time girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian though but went out with friends Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt. The three were spotted at Madeo Thursday night and the 30-year-old Disick looked dapper in his rather quirky clothes.

Kourtney announced to the press that a DNA test for her son Mason has proven that Lord Disick is the child's father. While three-year-old Mason's paternity was never questioned until Michael Girgenti appeared, Kourtney kept telling the media that the allegations are untrue. E!News quoted the reality TV star saying, "After three-and-a-half years of lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies -especially when the truth was never in doubt - this story must be put to rest."

Michael Girgenti is unmoved though and still claims that he had sexual intercourse with Kourtney Kardashian noting in his lawsuit that they had "unprotected vaginal sex." A spokesperson for Mr. Girgenti told media, "We don't trust the results and believe it could have been fixed. Still going to court to fight for court ordered results."

During an interview with Touch, Girgenti said, "We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom. I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed."

Kourtney and Scott met at a club in 2007. They have been in an on-again off-again relationship since. Disick rose to fame after appearing in the reality TV series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians".
