The peace in the Florida home of Grease star and hitmaker Olivia Newton-John was breached a little after noon today.
The body of a forty-two old man whose identity remains unknown was found in Newton-John's home in South Florida. Police authorities confirmed that the still unidentified man succumbed to a gunshot wound.
Sgt. Scott Pascarella, member of the Jupiter police, said that somebody found the body of the man and they later found out that it was the body of the contractor who was working on the home as it is currently undergoing some construction. He ruled out speculations that the committed suicide but he said that the death of the unidentified man is categorized as death investigation. Pascarella did not comment on whether or not there was foulplay in said killing of the forty-two-year old unidentified man. According to Pascarella, the man was not a resident of the home, neither is he related to Newton John nor her husband, John Easterling. Pascarella also said that the identity of the man found dead in Newton-John's home shall be disclosed after his body has been subjected to autopsy.
The sixty-four year old Newton-John and her husband were not in the 7,429 square-foot home when the body was discovered. No other information with regards the incident was released. There were attempts to get a statement from the star but calls from the media were not returned.
The tragic death of the unidentified man is not the first death that Newton-John had to deal with this year. Earlier this year, her older sister Rona newton-John died from a brain tumor.
