Man Found Dead from Gunshot Wound in Olivia Newton-John’s Home

Newton-John's home in Florida, which she shares with her husband, John Easterling, became the scene of a grisly event focusing on the dead man's body which was found inside the premises of the house. A middle-aged man, presumably around 42 years of age, was found lying inside the house at about 12 pm today. Members of the Jupiter Police came rushing to the scene and they told the media that the caused of death will be released after the autopsy which was scheduled on Tuesday morning. The spokesperson, Scott Pascarella, did confirm that the body sustained a gunshot wound.

"Olivia and her husband John are in shock over the tragic event that occurred at their Florida home yesterday," a PR representative for the Grease star and her husband said. "At this time we are awaiting additional information from investigators but, can confirm that the couple was not in Florida at the time."

According to Pascarella, the body that was found belonged to one of the contractors which were hired by the homeowners before they went out of town. The man is not related to the couple and he does not live there either.

Although the case shows sign of apparent suicide, the police are still probing for more leads.
