It has been announced that "Tales of Zestiria the X" Season 2 is airing this coming 2017. They are planning to host a live stream featuring Alisha's voice actress Ai Kayano and Noriko Shitaya.
Meanwhile, they will share some information about the December 22 Blu-ray Box, Gematsu reported. Anime News Network states that the English website describes the story:
Sorey is a human who was raised among the "seraphim." The "seraphim" are not visible to humans they also act as a stabilizing force in the land, as he ventures the land of Glenwood he will encounter a threat - a race of monster spawned by negative emotions called Hellion.

"Tales of Zestiria the X" Season 2 is a manga adaptation written and illustrated by Shiramine, titled "Tales of Zestiria: The Time of Guidance". The cast from the original game of "Tales of Zestiria" are said to return on the upcoming season.
The character Lailah will have a new voice actress since her original voice actor died last year on October 27, she will be replaced Noriko Shitaya as the new voice actor for Lailah in "Tales of Zestiria the X" Season 2.
